Need opinions on wheels choices...

Im kinda stuck, I will have the money to buy any set of these wheels in about 2 weeks. I guess im gettin kinda nervous spending so much money. Please opinions wanted...

First is my orginal wheel choice the Borbet Type E:

Very nice design, only complaint is actual wheel is depressed in about 2 inches.

Second is the choice im leaning to(also most expensive). AT Italia S5:

Third is ultra conservative and is just a simple wheel, nothing fancy:

hey

I think Borbet type E is the better choice of all those.
#2 wheel looks like the TL-S / CL-S wheel, and way too plain looking, doesn't even look like an aftermarket wheel... don't see a point in spending $ on that. #3 is just very plain as well, if you want a simple 5 spoke design, there are a lot cheaper brands and models of wheels that look very close to that, yet I don't think it will look that good on a maxima. My personal choice would be Borbet Type Es.. There aren't really any wheels like them on the market, they look great, I think the deep dish is cool, on a maxima, that looks hot.

The Type E is definitely the best looking of those 3, but check out the Borbet Type T. I like it better than all of those, simple 5-spoke style with a real nice dish that's hard to get on a FWD car.

regardless of wheel choice im gonna go with 17's. I like how AT S5 is flush tho, so when im moving it has a fuller look.

The Borbet Type E is the nicest of those three choices IMO.
Right now my favorite wheel is the Mille Miglia Evo 18" like Max4Speed has. If I had the money for them now, Id buy them.

Yeah, I didn't like them that much until I saw that pic ... they're REAL nice. I was seriously considering 18" Momo Sports and/or TSW Revo's, but seeing this forum, I think only one person has Moda R6's. I'm going for a look not many people have, and unfortunately, that puts TSW Revos right out as well as Konig Tantrums (love those too).

Re: Need opinions on wheels choices...

I'm gonna vote for #1. Borbet Type E looks classy sporty. Square edges have better definition IMO.

#2 loks too old fashioned and not a whole lot sporty. Why spend all that $$$ if you don't go sport ... you are going for the sporty look right?

#3 looks very OEM ... round lacks definition, so my choice goes back to #1. They look best IMO.

Personally I like Konig Tantrum and Konig Verdict.

Konig > Tantrum:

Konig > Verdict:

Azzur > Matrix on Shaq's Bently:

Who cares how much it costs? Looks and performance count.

his rims aren't chrome bro..
they are silver with a polished lip i got pics layin around somewhere...

The borbet type E is the best style out of your 3 choices. if I had to pick one of those 3, i'd pick them. The other 2 are just not worth the $, since they look kinda stock.

whatever, i couldnt really tell, the pic was small. Anyway the reason i did choose the above wheels was becasue they did have a stock look, im still leaning to the AT S5's more now after the photo job thanks to nightrider
