Trailing arm bushings?

Hey guys looking to do my trailing arm bushings or the whole arm if possible for my 99 max. Got some new struts for the rear and the bushings on the trailing arms sound like ***. Any information on how much for bushings/arms. Some help on how to go about doing this, or how much to have done would be appreciated thanks!

The ES 7.3120G Control Arm Bushings will fit the trailing arms along with these SuperPro SPF1942K bushings. They're both polyurethane.

Here's a thread for guidance

I did my trailing arms with the ES bushings. Not really difficult to do. Though now they squeak quite a bit. I am starting to look into what grease or whatever to quiet them down. I sprayed some marine lubricant on them and it helped, just gotta make sure it lasts.

Tightened up the rear end though.
