Fender bender

I was driving into my work's parking lot yesterday and someone cut across the parking lot, sliding into me because there's not-so-optimal driving conditions in NWI right now haha. He crunched my fender and knocked my alignment all out of whack, at least that's what I can see from my one look at it. Axle, LCA, sway bar link and outer tie rod seem to be okay, but I can't see the inner tie rod. Might it be bent, causing my off alignment?

He had no insurance, and mine is bare bones minimum and doesn't cover uninsured motorist, so no accident report or police. We did exchange numbers and oddly enough he was a customer at my work as well so I have access to all his information in case I need it. The maxima was my second one, the work car and completely stock but for a FSTB. But it was an absolutely clean 97 SE with GOOD body work. The spoiler delete and rust holes are so well covered I didn't notice them until after I bought the car (it was in the dark at 10pm, I'm not that stupid just FYI), so I am a little more than just sad. And I only got it for $1030 and the only thing it needed was the radiator support and radiator, which I bought off ElectricalBen on here. If you see this, thanks dude! It was running 100% flawlessly until this accident, and the whole car was pretty much all original. So sad

Much appreciation if you finished my little rant/story, it makes me feel a bit better haha

man that sux dude, unfortunately since it was on private property and cops didn't (cant really) get involved, he can pretty much tell u to pack sand! and im not trying to be a di.k about it but its how it is...all you can do is hope he is a good person and will pay for it....but I have a feeling if he didn't have insurance to begin with, he doesn't have the cash to pay for your ride!!!

good luck!

I took the maxi to the shop today and the guy said it should only need a fresh alignment and I'll be back on the road!

Update: I have not yet gotten my car back yet due to it being snowed in at the shop (in NWI the weather is HORRIBLE), but it only needed lower ball joints on both sides. And they were the original ones too!

My work is too cheap for cameras outside, but I can check at some of the surrounding businesses in the strip. That's a good idea, thanks man.
