I noticed my fog lights looked different so I took out the passenger one to see what it was and all the reflective material fell out. I presume that is why its much dimmer than the driver side fog light.

Should I just buy another old fog light and hope the same doesnt happen again? Or should I try to spray in a reflective coating of paint or something?

Looks as if it's time for a new housing. Obviously it's probably best to get them both. I remember when I got mine they were about 75$ per. That was upwards of 10 years ago though.

 

Yikes, I dont even think new ones are around any more. Ill be looking though.

 

Since the car is a little older now, I'm sure more aftermarket companies are making these for a lot less.
