Need help locating a SE spoiler

Ok, so on my 97 max the spoiler was broken when I bought it (only the passenger side is holding) and it's really bugging me. My question is where can I buy a new one? All the junk yard ones I find are also broken.I can find tons on ebay but I worry about how well the cheap ebay ones will fit. Not worried about the color, I can paint it. I Just want to biy one I know will fit

If junk yards have nothing good, go to the dealer.

Simple.
Post a WTB in the classifieds, and/or find the guys in the classifieds (like Maxima Joe) that are parting out entire cars.

now i dont know how urs looks.. but something related to this happend to my max... i pulled on the spoiler to open the trunk on a cold day, trunk was frozen shut and spoiler snapped off... there are small clips that hold in the spoiler on the inside of the trunk. Mine snapped in half from me pulling on it, u can pull out the old ****ty ones with plyers or something and go to a nissasn parts dealer and buy oem clips for around 5 bucks, they snap right in the trunk and push the spoiler down and should snap right back in and ur all set

Also saves u a good deal of $$, instead of buying and installing a new spoiler. Just give a nissan parts dealer a call http://parts.nissanusa.com/nissanpar...d=14&makeid=25
ur going to need both parts of the clip, shouldnt run u more that 10 $

You could also get a trunk without the spoiler from a jy like patm-a32 said unless you really like the spoiler or check the classifieds and post a wtb like the wizard said either of those sounds like your best bet or contact stillen to get a new one.

I'm not completely objected to going spoiler.....less. but if I were to go that route I'd need to wire in a third brake light

Not very difficult at all and the car you pull the trunk from would have the break light too. It's just a matter of preference on your part but you definately have options.

I'd fill your trunk lid spoiler holes in, repaint and add an M3 spoiler lip and reconfigure the third brake light. Much cleaner look. Especially with the horrible design of the spoiler-trunk mating area that retains moisture and rusts out the truck lid.
