Sea foam Opinion needed.

Searching and searching i just want a straight up answer. No flaming about this new thread.
Car has 146,600 miles.
Car was given to me with no history besides passing smog test. It was a gift. Has the leaking sound like if its heating a metal(heard its normal Catalytic Converter)
at times feels like it misfires at idle(rarely happens) heard it couple be coils.
gets about 19-20 mpg 300 miles per tank. I use Premium all the time. Either from mobil cheveron 76 or shell.
I do have the o/d blinking came out to be vss.
busted struts, needs alignment and just changed front rotors.
leaking a bit of oil now and then nothing to worry about at the moment.
Im thinking if i should use seafoam or just not put some in at all.
I was thinking about using it through the vacuum lines or gas tank. Ive had the car for almost 10 months. Sea foam or no sea foam?
Thanks?

I say do it. Brake booster, etc.

But one treatment is not going to do all that imho.

Lol i keep finding out more information about it more cons and pros that i just feel like returning it back problem is got it from amazon going to cost me to ship it back.
Now i find out people say to get an oil change and air filter and spark plugs. due to the carbon being bugged up on the spark plugs.
i just dont have that much time to be doing that right now. I think im not gonna use it anymore.

I did it. Felt like the back pressure coming from the exhaust was freed up a bit. Gas tank, engine oil and brake booster line. That's what I did plan on doing it again sometime this week.

How did you do it? I only planned on using it on the brake booster and maybe the gas tank.

I just did 3 weeks ago, was up for inspection and the car thrown EGR code though I cleaned EGR tube, IACV, TB a year ago so I used half can on vacuum line (brake booster) and poured the rest to gas tank, clean the code, pass the inspection, the code hasn't come back yet.

I ran it through my brake booster only in my 03 about 1 month ago. Seemed to improve things shortly after seafoaming.

Not necessarily true. Running Seafoam through the brake booster did lower my NOx levels by .43 GPM. according to my emission tests.

I assume you're talking about city or city/mix mileage?

Maxima should get around 440-492 miles per tank on the highway. I usually average out at 450 miles going 75-80 mph with ethanol blend. But that's straight highway driving 6-7 hours.

Although I also use premium, I find it doesn't make a difference in mileage. I once made it about 210 miles on a half tank of regular gas driving between 70-85 mph. I must have had a teaspoon of gas left
