jack rails and frame bent
apparently, from years of being put up improperly on jacks and lifts the rails and frame are bent up to $hit underneath. i took it to the dealer and the jackass puts it up in the exact spot were it's bent after i told him to not use that type of lift. wtf, how do i fix the jack rails? do i need to go to a body shop or can i hammer them straight? i know the idiot at the dealer bent them up worse in the front. i'm really pissed that some idiot also dropped the car off the lift putting a huge hump in the floor which i fixed with a log and a prayer. really not sure if i'm going to fix all the $hit that's wrong with maxy or just buy another one. bodys straight, goddamn careless techs over the years

It sucks, but I wouldn't worry about straightening them out. Chances are, they'll just get bent again unless you're the only one working on your car from here on out; and you use the proper jack. Plus, all the bending back and forth is just going to make them weaker.

nothing you can do. no point in fixing it, rust happens. ive lifted many rusty cars and no matter where you lift them, the frame edges still cave in
guy i work with lifted a rusty 280ZX once and the thing broke in half off the hoist lol

I always jack from the rear axle and fro t subframe bolts, and always use a floor jack. When i can i use ramps. The rails are kinda like t!ts on a warthog for me. They can bend and fall off for all i care.

Those are the same points I Jack on too. The lift areas on my car are bent too.

From now on I will jack up the rear end 1st from now on. Of course I have to make sure the front wheels are secured because the e-brake only locks the rears.
Thanks
