What part of the exhaust? I'd probably say no more than an hr to 2hrs labour depending on what your shop charges. Where i am i had mine custom made mandrel bent etc. catback costed me $200 installed and custom y pipe made and installed $280 so basically my whole exhaust from from to back custom made and installed at $480 mind you i knew the owner of the shop.

Depends on what you got, axle back, cat back, Y pipe or headers?
Cat back should be fairly cheap, mostly bolt on, take old off put new on.
In Wisconsin I can get a new exhaust made and installed for $250, so my number might be a little low compared to other parts of the county.

Just a muffler. Shouldn't cost you much at all. Again depending on your exhaust shops labour rates. Should only be a half hr tops to mig weld on a muffler.

take out ur old exhaust by using a hammer, put krazy glue around on new exhaust, stick it up onto the area where ur old exhaust was at.

Job complete! $0 spent

Just kidding.. lol should be around $150-230 for install, depends on shops to shops. Always call 3 and best to go the one who is in the middle. not too low or too high

Guys he's just going to have a random hole in the wall shop bugger weld it on. $20 to "weld" it on. They are just going to chop and screw it on there. Going to take them 15 minutes.

Well being from Queens NY I can tell you where to go and how much to pay.

Go to the junkyard by citifield and just pull into any muffler shop. They will literally take 20 minutes to complete the job. Should be done under $40. If they quote you higher than that, just drive on the the countless other muffler shops.

All the other people don't know how it is out here. lol We are not talking about a "performance" shop where it's done up like wizards supra. We have millions of hole in the wall shops around here. So I started doing everything myself. Might as well buy tools and do stuff myself. My boy bought a welder from a garage sale for $20 and he welds anything. This is what they are going to do: step 1, cut off muffler leaving oem pipe, step 2, weld new muffler inlet to oem pipe, step 3, make sure it' secure. Step 4, done. lol If you want it pretty, they can grind the weld smooth but who does that.

I believe most reputable shops will charge $50 to $75 to weld on the muffler. I'm sure a handful of shops will do it for less if you shop around.

A few years ago I paid $200 to have my warpspeed y-pipe installed along with hi-flo cat welded in and cat-back installed. They also had to weld the muffler back on the to b-pipe. That's how I bought it used. And this was a reputable shop. On the Cali spec 99 se auto. If it wasn't for the welding I wouldv'e tried myself. One shop I took it to the owner said you're better off buying a new cat-back. LOL no thanks I got that apexi for 1/7 cost of a new one and it had a 2nd resonator already welded in. Still have the exhaust swapped it onto my 97 se 5spd daily "beater".

A little high but not bad. It sounds and looks good at the end of the day so it was worth it.
