Rear suspension links/bushings

So my rear suspension is god awful. Brand new struts and all strut components. And my trailing arm bushings are trash so those are being done by my mechanic. But im aware there is a lateral link (or Scott Russell link) and the control rod within the link i believe? On the rear axle. Mine are gone there rusted very badly they look like crap and the bushings for the links are all shot. Im just getting the lateral link from nissan and the control rod after market as nissan doesnt carry them... Has anyone done these links on the rear axle? Is it something i can do at home and not have to pay labor for as well... I try to save as much as i can haha any tips would be great

^^ also is it bad to drive on these bad components until i have the money and the time to fix them? There are lots of pops and squeaks from the rear along with lots of body roll and loosness
