More suspension noises.

My front end driver side is creaking and squeaking very loud over bumps and with quick turning somewhere near the wheel .. Also when comeing to a
Slow stop or right when i start moving (0-15mph only) there is a squeaking sound coming once per rotation from the driver side wheel almost sounds like a bird chirping in my wheel lol. But the creaking i had someone push on the front side as i laid under the car and the creaking seems to be coming from the lca bushing..... But the whole control arm with new bushings and new balljoint was just done last week. New struts, mounts, and strut bearings new tirods new axel new sway bar bushing and link.. Whatd i do wrong ?! Driving me

Did you clock the upper spring perch correctly? The word OUT stamped on top needs to be facing outwards or be in line with the struts lower mount flange.

I've also seen strut bearings installed upside down. That basically destroys them.

Sound is coming somewhere from lca cause if i hold the arm and seone pushed down on the drivers side i can feel it in the arm when it creaks. My guess was i didnt tighten the bolts enough because when i tightend every thing the car was jacked up. It did not have the load of the car on the arm when i tightened everything

I just replace the LCA's on my 96 i30 a couple of weeks ago. I am also getting a "POP" noise from time to time. It is interesting that it does not do it as much in the morning, but as the day gets warmer it happens more frequently. I can sometimes "feel" the pop under my left foot (near the drivers rear LCA mount). Sorry I am no help but I hope to hear your resolution.

You make a good point here. It is recommended to place suspension components in their static position before tightening bushings.
I recently replace my whole front end and loaded everything before tightening up the LCA bolts.

If you can get the car up on ramps, maybe try to loosen the LCA bolts, bounce the car once to set it, then tighten everything back up again.

Sometimes things leave the factory already broken. That's what warranties are for.
