Ball joint trouble

So a weekend ago i swapped out my driver side control arm with new ball joints and it was fine at first, but a week later im getting nasty squeaking and creaking noises. Now i had someone push on the front end while i lied under the driver side and looked and the ball joint is the source of the noise... Its a brand new ball joint tho... The problem did not persist before the lca arm swap. When it rains out the sound 100% goes away until it is dry outside. Anyone else ever have this issue or have any suggestions please ?

Check to make sure you tightened it all the way with weight on it/not in the air.

No noise when wet and noise when dry makes me thing the ball joint needs lubrication. Does it have a grease fitting?

could be LCA bushings. Spray some water on them and see if it goes away

Already did, the sound is coming from the ball joint
