Well, it could be either a Maxima QX or a Cefiro built for another market. Or it could be the interior of the Samsung SM, which is a Korean copy of the A32 Maxima.

I know the steering wheel is custom, the website sells it for $300+ ... I would 'guess' that the wood trim, etc is also custom.

Any reason why it couldn't just be the interior of an I30?

thats what i was thinking. all of these "custom" answers. my guess is that its an I30, not a maxima at all.

okay, well IF it isnt an I30....the name of the picture is CIFEROWHEEL.JPG so either its a maxima (GLE) with a cefiro steering wheel or its a cefiro.

It's a Maxima, the I30 and Cefiro share the same center console.

You will also notice that the I30 and Cefiro wheels are basically identical, that wood stuff is aftermarket.
