Starting issue after clutch replacement

after clutch replacement, lost spark intermittently, checked and replaced crank and cam sensors, check continuity between sensors and ecm, all checked out good...after vehicle sits, starts and runs great, road test vehicle, runs rough, bucking as if cat is restricted, shut vehicle off, starts and runs fine...also mass air flow sensor is known good tester, also during clutch swap, cleaned mating surfaces engine to trans for good clean ground, as anyone run into this same issue. im at a lost...

You've did you use oem sensors or aftermarket. If aftermarket, put the oem sensors back in and see if it works better because aftermarket sensor have a hard time communicating with the Ecu and can give false readings.
