Water pump time on a 96
My 96 Maxima has a small water leak that looks like it is from the weap hole between the timing cover and the engine block. It looks like water pump time.
Should I stay with a Nissan pump ($100+) or will a rebuilder's pump be okay?
Does anyone have a write-up on water pump replacement?

B) This is a PITA to do by yourself. Unless you're a seasoned mechanic, go to a reputable shop WITH the part in hand.
