wheel and tire fitment question

I found a set of 05-06 17" Altima rims for cheap that i may put on my 98 max but whats a good tire size i was thinking 225 50 17 the oem size. I don't plan to lower the car.

You want 235/45r17.

Lol. The guy says the rim is 6.5 wide does the sound right for a 2005 altima 17 in rim

I have 235/45ZR17, they are 8" wide.
