Hit 175 mph today...

On my crotch rocket... I wish the Max got that fast. Oh well - more mods, more mods... I did spank an impala at a roll on at about 115-160.

what type of bike do you have? i hit 184 on my cousin's R1 and he proceeded to rip me a new *** hole after he checked the high speed recall. and before some one says something about it, it was in a school zone with kids out. ok, just joking. it was on the freeway.

Got a 2001 Hayabusa. Top speed almost 200 I was racing a 2001 TLR from a 100 mph roll on. By the time I was deep into the 170s I was about 20 cars or 30 motorcycles ahead. Now if my little 1.3 liter can make 175 hp would you think a 3 liter would be 2.5 times that? B

Very cool! As a fellow biker I know the feeling of REAL SPEED. I've had my Yamah FJ1200 up to 165 MPH. It's freakin scary up there. You run out of road really quick. 1.2 liter engine (1200cc), air cooled, 94 HP and 600 lbs of machine. Talk about adrenalin!

I've gotten the Speedo on the CBR F3 up to 175MPH, but it wasn't accurate. With a -1 tooth sprocket the speedo is all messed up.

Just be safe, I once got hit by a huge beetle at only 65mph and it threw my head back, and scared the crap out of me.

My scooter got up to 38 mph once. It was a rush.

Scooters are cool. They're like hooking up with a fat girl.....it's all fun until your friends see you on it.

Have any of you guys seen the mini-bikes?

I was at the PA motorcycle show last weekend, and they had these mini-bikes. They are about a foot high and maybe three feet long. It runs off a weed wacker style motor with a pull start. But they can do up to 50MPH!!

There was a video with guys riding them around the track, it was so funny looking. They were sitting on these things with their knees in the air. Imagine yourself trying to ride those tiny bicycles with training wheels, that's what it looked like.

I caught a BEE in my helmet one time at LOW speed. you definately don't wanna be doing 150+ , or a BEE would go thru your face and stick the inside back of your helmet.

Things come up pretty quick so you can only do it when you have EXCELLENT visibility. However, this bike can hit 190+ real speed on the GPS from a stop in less than a mile. So I just need that 1 mile or so straightaway, close my eyes and twist. Its not as scary as it sounds. It seem whatever I drive-I drive the **** out of it. Was racing a Z24 on the hwy couple days ago between 90 and 120 or so. I kept slowing down and flying past him-

Maybe a mile to reach 190, but then how far to stop?
When you're doing 120+ everything comes up really fast, but luckily it's easier to turn a motorcycle. If you have too, you have the option to split lanes.
