cargo / convenience net??

Is it ever available on 4th Gen?? Anyone has the part number??
I checked with local dealer. They said there is no such thing.
I know I30 has it, can I use it on 4th Gen?

I like that feature too - my dad has one on his 5th Gen. I'm sure it could be retro-fitted easily enough with a little handiwork in the trunk compartment, but I think you'd have to fabricate your own mounting points, somehow. . .

I tried searching in courtesyparts.com by "trunck convenience nte", and it only gives 2000 and up years with part number 999C1-ML000. Maybe just call them, or any other dealer.

I don't know the part number, but I ordered one for my 97 from Dave Burnette while he worked for South Point Nissan for $40. This included the net and all of the hardware that you need to install it.

Mounting points/holes already there in 4th Gens?

Anyone who did this upgrade know if the points/holes are already there on my '95? I'd peel back my trunk-liner & look, but I'm not really sure what I'd be looking for.

Anyone? Thanks.

Yes. The hardware kit that ships with the net has mounting pegs that replace some of the clips that are holding your trunk liner down.

No problem. I gotta order one too. The only problem with the hardware kit is, once its in you really can't take it out. So, I had to leave it in my 97 which I sold.

It actually comes with some rivets and the tool to install them and some ***** to screw onto the rivets. Just a tip. Make sure you seat/tighten the rivets completely otherwise you'll have a hard time trying to remove the **** in the future in case you want to remove the liner to change tailight bulbs. I learned that the hard way.

I recently got the cargo net from MaximaRacer (see Parts section) for $18 shipped if I remember. I like it a lot.
