i was in an accident last thurs...first accident ever...it wasn't
my fault and nothing happened to the engine...good thing...well
i went headon to the side of a astro van...their fault cus they
didn't yield...any way...i want to save some money from the
insurance check by replacing the bumper and hood myself and pay
for paint job....where should i buy a new factory hood and bumper
from that's cheap???

get a carbon fiber hood !!! ....

 

i dont know how much a new painted hood costs but you can get a carbonfiber hood for 600 dollars. maybe put out 100-150 bucks to cover the difference. Thatd be sweet, i gonna break my front end.

I'm in the exact same situation...
My car's been in the shop for two weeks...waiting for the CF hood!!! They're backed up so, they're sending it out this friday. If you need parts quick, then CF hood is a no no...
Plus they told me that $600 price is not longer available.
