noob needs help

Hi I'm new on here, I have a 99 se swapped lsd transmission after a month or so my passenger side axle and hanger snapped got it replaced two days later same outcome changed it again same results running outta options it's only happening in the passenger side could a bad differential be a the culprit? No grind no pops but I do hear a slight noise coming from the bottom as I approach 25-30 mph hard to explain but it's like a wobble noise as if the axle isn't spinning correctly any insight will be greatly appreciated..

Exactly how is it snapping off? And exactly what is snapping?

Is the axle breaking at the center support? Or is the center support itself breaking? Or are the bolts that hold the center support to the frame snapping off?

Some photos would be very helpful.

Excuse the misunderstanding it's snapping the axle support/hanger passenger side and causing the axle to fail leak out rips boot also pops out of the transmission shaft. I want to post pics just not sure on how to go about it I'm totally new to the site..

I have not seen that before, too weird. You say "I have a 99 se swapped lsd transmission". This makes me have more questions:
Is the car a 99?
Is the transmission from a 99?
Is the transmission a manual?
Was the original transmission manual or auto?

I'm wondering if there is some sort of length difference in the axle lenghts, like the axle is too long. The bracket is made of cast iron, which is a brittle metal and can't take a lot of stress.

I was able to find the length of the axle. This is the right side axle (passenger) and it is for the axle when fully compressed.

Manual trans, with LSD - 37 3/4 inches
Manual trans, with out LSD - 38 1/8 inches
Auto trans, with LSD - 38 1/8 inches
Auto trans, without LSD - 38 1/16 inches.

I admit this is just guessing

Could a bad bearing or differential cause this issue even though transmission shifts and drives very smooth?

You have the wrong axle that is why it's breaking. Auto zone sells two axle for manual transmissions one with limited slip differental and one that is just a regular manual transmission axle without limited slip differental. Now u know that it does matter which axle you need and the one need is with limited slip differental. Since your transmission is vlsd you will need vlsd axles as well. But if the axle is vlsd then it's something else that's causing the problem.

Passenger side axle that I been using is non lsd as I was told by more then be person that it didn't matter for that side but I will definitely look into that as I originally told autozone I needed a vlsd axle..

Pretty sure your looking a drivers (left) side. All passengers sides should be the same.
