valve spring retainer question

I cant find any information on it but do the valve spring retainers for the 3.5 also fit the 3.0 valves?

From personal experience/tinkering I can say the valve locks/keepers/retainers are different between the 3.0 & 3.5

sucks that i cant find an actual spec tho i just figured instead of buying new springs and same retainers if i could upgrade to 3.5 upgraded springs with titanium retainers that would be nice.
