id say just buy another maxima. these cars are dirt cheap. no reason on spending more money on an engine swap than buying a whole car. As for the 3.5 swap, do you REALLY feel like dealing with every little problem that pops up with the swap? you want a 3.5? get a 5th gen 3.5.
