Valve cover gone wrong

So yesterday I was forced to redo my rear valve cover (car smoked like a freight train) haha. Got everything off and fixed the rear and the front valve cover's, plus a new plenum gasket. I got everything put back together and tried to start the car, It won't run it turns and tries to start put is does nothing. Also I found that I had a little rubber piece left over. It looks like a hose attaches to the top, but for the god of me I cant find where it goes... lol

That's the PCV valve. It goes in the rear valve cover and is located between the UIM and TB.

Without that valve in place, you have a huge vacuum leak!

Pcv is what causing the car not to start no pressure to being built for a combustion. In another words you have big leak or opening in the crankcase not letting the car start.
