Also its a 96 5-spd, with leather and moonroof, with 64k miles and the dealer is asking $12,995, i think that way too much , but what do you guys think is a good price. Is $9000 crazy.

 

I would try to talk them down. You can get a newer one for only a bit more that that or maybe close to the same. Cannot hurt to try to get it for less.
