Starting issues???

Starting issues???
Hi my name is Jeremy. I have a 98' Maxima and I am having issues starting my car.
Replaced valve covers to fix oil leaks.
Cleaned out blocked EGR valve and pipe.
Replaced spark plugs.
New fuel filter.
New starter.
New Battery.
Reset CPU.
Checked all fuses.
Checked all VAC hoses.
Made sure fuel pump is wining noise.
Car has sat about a month since I last started it. I takes about 10 clicked with the key and new battery to get it to turn over. Possible bad starter relay or anti-theft interrupting? I am new to Nissans and EFI?
