I have found 300ZX Twin Turbo 4 piston calipers and want them on my car. Im new to the club and wonder if anyone can tell if I need a bracket to install or if they mount on the OE caliper mounting,etc.

Do a search. This has been gone over a million times. The short answer is no, its not a direct bolt on affair. It takes some work, but it's been done. And it won't fit under stock wheels just so you know.
