Crank won't rotate by hand
Hello,
I have both cam sprocket timing marks at TDC and the crank sprocket is 180deg from TDC.
I am trying to rotate the crank to bring it up to TDC. I can rotate the engine about 30deg and it will get stuck. I try to rotate it backwards (CCW) and it'll then get stuck.
What's going on?

Just recently had this same problem.
Just rotated the motor over (upside down) and was able to turn it.
I have no idea why, or what, or how, but just a magical spin on the engine stand and I was able to turn the crank enough to set it in time.
Lord help you if you're doing this in the car
I've never encountered this either up until now and I just chalked it up to loose rod bolts causing a funny crank/rod angle, but now that I see you're having this issue
