Blower Motor speed

Blower Motor speed
Ive searched for this issue, but can't do much from a phone..ive noticed in the year or so that ive had this car, it doesn't blow ac as hard as the other 96 we have..I thought it was just because it had manual climate control while this one has auto. I can verify the door motor switches just fine from the face blowout to the feet and defrost. It just doesn't blow hard at all! Today it really didnt feel like it put out much at all. Is it time for a new blower motor? Or is there something else I can try? I can also verify that ut changes speeds by listening to it. It sounds weak, but does change speeds. Thanks in advance!

I think you may have the highest reported mileage.
Original engine and transmission?
Much respect.

If the air flow is low, It could be 3 things.
1) The armature bushings for the blower motor could be dry and binding. You could try the blower motor from your other car as a test.
2) The a/c evaporator core is getting plugged up.
3) the screen in the ducts that Fakie mentioned could be plugged.
