One headlight out, why?

Three weeks ago I had both headlights rewired so that the high beams would work again. Now, only one light works for regular nighttime lights. But both lights work for high beam. Any reason why this is happening/how can I fix it?
Thanks

Check the bulb. Dual filament for low and high beam and maybe one of the filaments in the bulb are no good. Try swapping that side with another bulb and see.

this

The bulb and connector has 3 wires. Low beam power, high beam power, and ground. If the bulb looks good, check the connector to see if the new ones that were put on are burnt/melted.
