Doubtful. Skirts might, back bumper won't without major modification due to altima beng flat and Max dips for trunk. Front bumper looks like it would, but I don't think altimas are as wide as maximas.. Being aftermarket might work. May need to mod around headlights. Best way to know is dobthe homework. Look up max dimensions and Altima dimensions. If you're looking for a cheap kit, andysautosport.com has an r33 kit for pretty cheap
