96 Maxima electrical issues

I have a '96 Maxima that has some electrical issues. The brake lights wouldn't go off, so I had that "fixed". After that was done, I realized I no longer have brake lights, no wipers, no stereo, and the ABS light stays on. Is there something in the way of a main fuse under the hood that would cause the power to go out to the 3? I am thinking the guy didn't adjust the switch under the pedal correctly for the brake lights, but I'm still wanting to make sure. Do the wipers and stereo share a fuse?

While almost all of the fuses in the car serve more than one device, the tail lights and the brakes lights do not share a fuse.

Fuse # 5 powers the tail lights, the dash lights and the clock.

Fuse # 10 powers the brake lights, part of the ABS, cruise control disconnect and the automatic transmission control module.

Start by checking the above fuses that are in the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel. Maybe the guy accidentally touched something and blew out the fuses.
