Anyone know the part number for the hood pin switch boot?

I am looking at replacing the rubber boot that protects the hood pin switch. But I cannot find the part number for it on www.courtestyparts.com

I think flynlr is right. And the switch has a $45 list price.

I think visit to a junk yard is in order. Something just might jump into your pocket.

You need to pay attention to the thickness/softness (so it'll effectively collapse) but an appropriately sized rubber cap will work nicely.
