Air Intake Part ID, Frame Part ID

New Maxima owner, 1999 SE. Live in Washington DC, just moved here from Denver.

Which brings me to one of my questions.....uhhhh we didn't really have rust in Colorado, pretty dry there and the mag chloride used on roads in winter doesn't really affect frame. So this Maxima I just bought seems to have some bad rot where the radiator support connects to the lower crossmember and center support. See pic... what is the rotted cross-member called? Either going to replace it, or weld a patch. I couldn't really get a good angle with the camera, but you can see radiator support coming in from top. And it's upside down in pic. Hey, I'm a noob

Also, there is a piece missing from my air intake. Again see pic. What is this missing piece called? It apparently runs from intake in wheel well to air filter box much like my '89 Nissan D21.
Thanks!

The missing part is an air scoop that Nissan calls "air duct", part # 16554-0L700. It attaches to the upper radiator frame between the battery and the radiator.

The rusted out piece is called the "lower radiator support", part # 62530-40U00.
