what does your clutch pedal feel like?

mine is a constant pressure all the way down. I drove an accord that felt like this and after a year or so it went out. My sis has a new beetle and the clutch is weird, it is very easy to push down until about 2/3 down and thats when it needs more force and thats when the clutch actually engages. What should my stock clutch pedal feel like?

From my macanic =
It should disengage 1/3 of the way up...You should have some pressure while pushing 2/3 of the way down, and you should feel a difference when hitting the 2/3's mark

All car makes are diff. Like they catch at different places. From my expericence, VW's and Audi's all catch like at the top, Most other cars catch in the middlish area.
