If you have a 99 Max and a FSTB, which one do you have? Besides the STillen which one has a good fit?..

You did not have to do any modifications to have the bar fit? How much it cost?

My FSTB>>>

is from a local dealer, but I suspect from pictures of the Courtesy bar that they just ordered from Courtesy. anyway, it was $70, and I had to pound a protruding piece of metal out of the way on the driver side on the front of the strut tower. This piece of metal was keeping the bracket from mounting fluch on the strut tower. It didn't seem to serve any purpose at all, so I just whacked the living F**K out of it until it relented, and happily mounted my FSTB.

I have a 99SE-L.

Violent, aren't we?

I took a Dremel and just chopped mine off. Here's a pic of my intake, but you can see the bracket in the upper right hand corner of the pic. Also, a pic of my engine with the FSTB installed.

yeah, I was a little upset>>

that Nissan would put this thing on my strut tower... I considered buying a dremel but didn't want to spend the money, so I just went with my anger instead. hehe
