how much hp does a y pie REALLY add?

how much hp does a y pie REALLY add?

you know how there are some places that say their mufflers add 9-15 horsepower, but you get maybe 1-2 or intake adds 5-10 but is most likely 5 or a little under? whats a y pipe really do?

Had you done a search, you would have found a post of before and after dyno graphs by VeeTec, who gained 16 wheel hp and 12 wheel torque from a y pipe only. He has no other mods. Try searching next time eh?
