Will a Vibrant FSTB fit on a '99 GLE??

I'm thinking of getting the Vibrant FSTB for $50CDN but after reading the threads here...I'm worried if it will fit on my 99 Max. Does anyone know if it fits without any modification?

that's the exact one they sell at http://www.streetbeatcustoms.com. i got it on my 97 i30t. it'll fit. no mods required!
