need sunroof part number please

does anyone know the part number for the part for the sunroof part that has the cable attached to it which controlls the movement of the sunroof? Also if anyone knows of any place to get it from that would be great.
Thankx
Jon

Dude.. If it is anything like a mazda then you re in for an expensive part.. Much like a window regulator is a huge item.. I think the sunroof is only made of 3 parts.. 1 the glass, 2 the motor, 3 the frame.. In the frame part are the cables and pullys... You may want to take it out and look at it.. I have an entire assembly if it ends up like that...

the frame is actually a couple of parts. The actual tracks are seperate from the lifter and are attached to a cable. A sunroof place has them and wants 170ish each. I wanted to check if i could get it cheaper. My local dealer will sell them only as a bundle..tracks, lifter unit, and cable. I dont need the tracks so i am wondering if i can get a part number.

You sound like you know exactly what you're talking about. Get thee to a junkyard.

Nissan only sells the track assembley as a whole anywhere from $500 to $800 depending on how much the dealer wants to screw you. Belive me I know. I need the same thing.

Did it ever occur to anyone here to say:

Call a Nissan dealer and ask.
