Name of hose from valve cover to valve cover?

Name of hose from valve cover to valve cover?
I need to replace the vent hose runs from the top of one valve cover to the other.
I didn't have much luck trying to find it at one of the usual factory parts sites. Anyone know what it's called?
Do most people just stick a piece of 1/2" fuel line on there to replace it?

You don't need the actual OEM part from a Nissan dealer. Just bring the old hose with you to an auto parts store like Advance Auto and buy that size hose. They sell it by the foot. I did this a few month ago and bought a foot and it was only a couple dollars.
