Rusted Exhaust Bolt No Longer 14mm

When an exhaust bolt gets rusted to the point the actual size socket no longer fits on it, is your only option to cut it? I only have a hacksaw, and i don't think it's gonna do me much good. I got a torch and some liquid wrench but the actual wrench can hardly get a bite on it the bolt just strips. and an extractor kit, but i don't think the extractor kit is going to help me in this scenario..

I do have a dremel over at my dads and a small dremel kit i bought a few years ago that i gotta go pick up tonight, and he's probably got a saw i could borrow

Hit it with a hammer on both ends
Heat it up
Hammer on the closest socket (english or metric) for the best fit
Attach ratchet
Pray it breaks loose

^^ Actually I had to do this last weekend with a nut on the OEM cat bolt for my son. The 14mm nut had been rounded off when I was asked to look at the situation.

So after a good dousing with penetrating oil, I had to take a 13mm barrel impact socket and a 2lb hammer to pound the socket on the nut.

The impact socket was strong enough to take a beating and stay together through the process. Thankfully, I was able to carefully remove the nut without having to use an air chisel or dremel to cut it off.

it was the cat bolts, im cali spec and converting to fed spec exhaust, new exhaust from the headers back, although im waiting on my bpipe to get here and im gonna take it to a shop and have them put it on bc i need my muffler and resonator welded in.

I was following everything wizard had mentioned besides hammering on a 13mm, more penetrator, torch, hammering, and then hammered the 13mm on. then i had to sandwich myself between the wall for extra footing. i thought i was gonna rip the whole exhaust off before either bolt broke loose
