What Size is the Steel Brake Line Tubing?

my rear brake lines are rusted and at least one is leaking. what size is the brake tubing?? is it metric (6mm?) or sae (3/16"? like the 3rd gens) sized? I tried to measure od of tubing but since it's rusty I couldn't get a good measurement. thanks in advance to anyone who throws in with knowledgable information.

also, since the gas lines run right next to the rear brake lines, is it necessary (or advisable) to do them as well? I read that for the 3rg gens the fuel lines are 5/16"; anyone know what the 4th gens are? thanks again.
