would replacing the rear beam lateral link help with real alignment toe issues? I planned on replacing both the lateral link and control rod. Any suggestions would help. Thank you.

The Lateral Link really just helps body roll around turns.


I did both just to refresh them in case the corrosion on the link was approaching compromise or the bushings were shot.


Neither was a problem and no change in anything was netted. Make sure the bushings are OK on the trailing control arms of the axle beam as well.



Unless you have a bent chassis, everything that can affect Toe in is with Tie Rods (power Steering Rack), Strut assemblies and Lower Control Arm assemblies.
