How much is that stillen exhaust? is it annoying loud or does it sound nice?

Is it cheaper to buy the stillen setup rather than the greddy setup??

SEE YA

from what i've heard

the stillen setup is loud and the greddy drones. i think both are about the same price if you buy both the stillen exhaust and b-pipe. maybe the greddy is a little more expensive.
it all depends on what you can handle in terms of noise. some people like the Stillen, some like the Greddy. i'd advise trying to hook up with some max owners in your area with the different set ups and listen to them yourself.
hope that helps.

The Stillen exhaust isn't loud at all. It has a great deep tone under acceleration. The only problem is the mild drone at 2500-3000RPM. A drone is a constant, dull hum.

do you enjoy the sound of the stillen exhaust? would you recommend it? I know what the greddy exhaust will sound like cause i got one on my accord. Does anyone have and sound files of the sound of the stillen exhaust.

The Greddy on the Maxima will not sound anything like the Greddy for the Accord. Different engines, different plumbing. I really like the sound of the Stillen exhaust. It has a deep V8 sound and isn't very loud outside the car (the Popcharger is louder than the exhaust). The only problem is that drone while cruising on the expressway. I wish that Stillen would have done something to eliminate that, or at least tune the exhaust so that the drone occurs at higher RPMs, beyond 3000RPM. But it's not so loud that it will give you a headache or anything. I just don't like how it competes with the midbass of my sound system. I have an older Stillen exhaust. They now make a stainless steel one that *I heard* from somebody on here is quieter. Maybe someone has details on that.
