Exhaust/Fuel smell in A/C

Hi guys, I recently got the following situation and hope you can help me:

At the same time 3 things happen:
- noise comes from the front right of the car when I accelerate, it sounds like a rattling noise, I'm not experienced enough to say what it really is - maybe the A/C Clutch or something?
- I smell exhaust fumes or fuel not quite sure when the A/C is on
-> Check Engine Light start to light up - I checked the Code, it says both O2 Sensors - Does not make sense because I renewed the front one 1 month ago and screwed in the back sensor tight again - reset the check engine light and it was gone until now

It seems that only the 3 things happen when it is very hot - I'm in Nevada right now and the first 4 hours of the day was no problem, but now it happens every 5 minutes.

My assumptions:
- The fuel cleaner was to aggressive and killed both O2 sensors
- The car is sensitive to the 10% ethanol in the gas that they sell here
- Hot temperature maybe lead somehow to high pressure somewhere?

I am looking forward to your questions
Best regards
Hermann the German

I had oxygen sensor issues as well, even after I replaced both of them. A new fuse for the sensors fixed that. The fuse is located in the fuse box by your left knee when you sit in the car. It's on the rightmost row.

the noise could be a bad belt tensioner pully, the alternator or the ac.

start by turning the ac off. The noise might go away. If so, suspect the ac clutch.

if this does not work, release the tension on the belt by adjusting the belt tension.

the smell could be an exhaust leak if it's exhaust, or a fuel leak on top of the engine. I'd sniff around under the hood while the engine is running.
