Rough cold starting.

hey guys, I own a 1994 Nissan cefiro vq30de, first of the a32 cefiro series, pretty sure there the same as a maxima except the mevi manifold and maybe other little differences.
sometimes when I start it from cold it will start but not run at idle,it will run for a second then stall.
when it does run it smells bad like it’s rich and blows a bit of white smoke. Usually giving it a bit of throttle will get it running and once it’s warm it seems to start and run fine.
did the screw test on the ecu and it came up with 2 check engine light codes, p0304 and p0103.
looking up online and it says 0304 is cylinder no4 misfire but other sites say knock sensor.
also 0103 says maf and manual says temp sensor.
i will get some crc throttle body cleaner and clean the tb, iacv and temp sensor, also will clean the maf Hotwire with maf cleaner see if that helps.
has anyone had these codes before as I’m confused as to which diagnosis is correct, I’ve heard that the knock sensor is common with 4th gens.
any help greatly appreciated.

I would check my water temp sensor first it tell the ECU when to start cold enrichment! Just remember when it's cold it in open loop and fuel is controlled by the temp sensor then once it's warmed
to a certain temp (180*F) it switches to closed Loop operation with the O2 sensor controlling the AFR....

If you are still running the original injector o-rings, pintle caps, and screens -- you might be facing an injector service to resolve the rich/white smoke issue..

And if this is the case check out rockauto.com for injectors they're way less than the Stealership!

Yup, it's one or more of your injectors flooding the engine which is causing your symptoms.
