7.5amp Fuse #4 Under Steering Column

Anyone know where fuse #4 goes? I have been tracing my voltage drop issue for sometime now and it's lead to me to this fuse.
While the vehicle's running I'll pull this fuse and my voltage raises to 13.9v like it would in the past.

Thanks

I've just discovered there's two wires leaving this fuse.

R/Y - going to A/T
G/B - going to A/T, TP/SW

Not sure what those are. Any ideas??

Both of the wires are for the TCM. The one wire (G/B - going to A/T, TP/SW) goes to the throttle position switch first before going to the TCM.

If you are having a blowing fuse problem, unplug the throttle position switch and check it for shorts, but chances are it the TCM has the problem.
