Closing Tha Sunroof It's Cold This Time Of Year...

Yeah this is nice didn't know Maxima has such a big family!!! Can someone please explain how I can close my sunroof on 1996 Nissan Maxima

You can close it manually. Pull the map light / sunroof buttons down. You'll see a spot for a hex key to turn by hand.

Yep, when it's cold it gets hard to close for sure... I bet you when it gets warmer it won't be an issue. Another thing you can do is lube the side tracks,. It may just be STICKING.

yes, if its sticking get some garage door lube spray and spray the crap out of it, but clean it off first and wipe off the excess and then open and close it several times to work the lube into the rails.
