AC issue Please Help

Replaced the compressor and AC still wont click on , the 98 max , what do I try next ?

I have a 99 sitting here I can swap ac parts from , what should I try first ?

I assume that you have evacuated the system with a vacuum pump, then added the proper amount and type of oil? Also the proper amount of refrigerant?
