Okay, usually, the signal light uses 1156 bulb...off when it's not in use, blinking when it is.

I have a good idea of what write-ups are out there, and I've done my fair share of seraching.

my question is, could I rewire the signal to stay on when not in use, but blink when needed? all using just the 1156 single filament bulb?
