Help, what is this noise!

This car had not been ran for ten years. Replaced fuel pump, filter, new oil and filter, new plugs, box and connector for the spark plugs. Got it running but started to make this noise, see below. Thanks

Get it running and up to operating temps first, then restart the car to see if it still makes that sound.
