I drive a 95 maxima and need help with a few questoins...first off my car has 63,000 miles how important is a tune up and what are the main things i must do...also there is a clattering noise coming from my engine when its running...i have no clue what the sound is..it seems its coming from the timing chain or my driving belt..since i havent received a tune up can it possibly be from my driving belt..please give me some input thanks..

 

my advice is to get a tune up and ask a mechanic about the clattering noise

 

replace:
belts
spark plugs
fuel filter
oil filter
air filter
trans fluid

That's the tune up. Notice how much smoother your Max drives now...
